The set includes 100 ml of magnesium oil spray and 700 g of magnesium chloride flakes in a gift box. The products are handmade in Estonia. The colour of the box or ribbon may vary.
How to use: Dissolve 150 g of flakes for a foot soak or 250 g for a full bath in warm water and enjoy for about 20 minutes. Spray the oil 5–10 times onto the skin after a shower and massage gently. Avoid the eye area and broken skin. The first few times you may feel a slight tingling, and the oil can then be rinsed off.
