Halloween Mocha Pieces – The Complete Recipe:
Base:
- 150 g margarine
- 5 dl wheat flour
- 3/4 dl dark cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 dl sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 2 dl milk
- 100 g licorice pieces
Prepare the mocha pieces by mixing the dry ingredients together and adding the melted margarine and milk. Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Icing:
- 10 pieces of liquorice toffee
- 2 dl whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons margarine
Melt the liquorice toffee and cream over low heat. Add margarine and spread the icing over the cooled base. Decorate with icing sugar or white chocolate.
