Instructions for using magnesium flakes

Foot bath: Dissolve 150 g (about one glass) of magnesium flakes in warm water and soak feet for at least 20 minutes.

Full body bath: Add 250 g of flakes to warm bath water and relax for 20 minutes.

Frequency of use: It is recommended to take 2–3 magnesium baths per week. Can be used more often if needed. For children, use half the amount. 100 g of flakes contains 12 g of pure magnesium.

Instructions for using magnesium oil

Spray 5–10 times onto different parts of the body and gently massage. Best used after a shower or bath when the skin is warm and pores are open. Avoid wounds, the eye area, and very sensitive areas. 8 sprays contain approximately 100 mg of pure magnesium.

Magnesium tingles – what does it mean?

When first used, magnesium oil may cause slight itching or tingling. This is normal and may indicate low magnesium levels in the body. The sensation will subside with regular use. The skin can be patted dry after applying the oil if desired.
